Return of Reckoning

Hey folks. I played a chosen and knight in live and had them speced for tanking with high health regen. I seem to remember a big part of that being the ToVL gear. I was curious if in the current build of the game it is still possible to play a health regen knight? Starting to level one (and so is a friend of mine) but i havent found anything on it. Any tips would be appreciated.

From what I heard, health regen (based off items) doesn't work atm or isn't supposed to work anymore. Not 100% sure though
