Seen some ppl, who's wearing t4 gear in t1 and mind how did they get it?

It some sort of cosmetic gear or what?

Type .ror debolster in-game - they can have the appearance of higher level items, because they might be debolstered to Tier 1 currently.

Theres nice looking T4 looking gear from T1 lairs if you can be bothered.
