Return of Reckoning

Hello
Can't log into the game from Friday, the client closes after logining in before character selection.
Today I created another account to test client and everything works, characters are created and they can play.
But the main account still throws. I asked a friend to try to go to my bugged main account and he had the exact same problem with crush. I re-installed the client completely, changed folders, and drives, added firewall exceptions, disabled antivirus nothing helped. And crashes to desktop, only my main account
Maybe it bugged or or am I banned?
Please Help, the last time I was on character Darkfuneral,and i'm think its bugged.

who do I should contact from developers in the first place?

I wrote to the PM to Azarael ant to database developers, waiting for answer.

Yes, your account is bugged. Going to ask a db dev to fix it, but it will take a server restart before you can log on again, sorry.
