Return of Reckoning

Something has occurred leading me to not get renown on my character. My renown gain has stopped at 100% of my level and I'm not getting any renown from anything.

I'm R36/RR36.

I seemed to get to 100% then get -1RP from a kill and now it's ceased to do anything at all.

Any help appreciated.

Your Renown Rank can not go above your level anymore unless you hit 40
