Return of Reckoning

Hi, I was very happy when I found out about this server! I was really looking forward to go through the whole High elves vs Dark elves tier, when I logged in I found out that I'm located at Norsca, but it's ok because I know they did it because of the population loss, but there was a "Tome of Binding" which should teleport you to the starting zone of your race. But I couldn't find any. I know that Blighted Isle and Chrace should be open.

So guys, is there any way how to move to Blighted Isle immediately after logging in? Or should I complete Norsca first and then travel to Chrace? If so, are you planning on adding the Tome of Binding? Because I'll probably wait for that time since I'm sick of Norsca and Chaos

use your book of return (or whatever it is called properly) if you are playing an elf
that should send you where you want to be
