Changing the appearance of a barber is good but this is not enough. I think it's a great idea to bring into play the possibility of changing the gender for gold to complete the customization. I believe it is not difficult to implement.

The only problem we would then have to consider imo is if name changes could also be implemented for those of us that have RP friendly names.

I dont think game really needs it because its quite disturbing. Present barber surgeon functions are more then enough.
Also with this you will need name change "to complete customization".
