Return of Reckoning

Hello,

I was playing this game yesterday fine, but today its not working anymore.
i downloaded this game with torrent. today i tried to download it again. but no change.

when i start up launcher and login (yes botch checkers are green). the game starts up, but its not showing that its looking for the server (see picture).(yes i checked my internet connection).
can someone help me out with this?

Same problem, i can't connect or launch the game... run as admin or data.myp = fail
I have this problem since 4-5 days and my 4 friends too.

Yeah same problem here as well. FIrst my connect button wouldnt work. So I figured it was a cache problem so I cleared the cache, finally i could click the connect button again.

Then I loaded the game and it says entering the frey, connecting to server, logging in, logging in. Then when I'm thinking its about to log in, it sits there for a few moments then goes to a black screen showing only the buttons at the bottom and sits there for awhile saying searching for allies then it just disconnects. I tried clearing the cache again and still didnt work, tried downloading the data.myp file replaced it with the old one. Set the war.exe and the launcher to run as admin. Still didnt work.

Now when I try to load to launcher it won't even let me click the connect button and it shows the login server as yellow. lol

I give up

i have the same problem what trash656 ending040 and AHPO.... any solution?

looks like a lot of people are having problems now. I doubt there is any solution. I downloaded the game again. Worked fine for 1 hr then i got booted from the server and now I can't click the connect button.

Ok I figured it out... For me anyways. I don't know if this will work for you guys because there seems to be other issues people are having connecting to the server.

Launcher "Connect Button" Not working: Basically if I clicked the connect button and nothing happened it meant the server simply was not online. Sometimes for me it will still show the 2 green lights on as if the login server and the server itself is online but it takes awhile for the server to show for me that it's offline. I live in Canada so it probably takes awhile to show up for me because I'm on the other side of the world were the server is located in Europe.

Main Menu Server Screen "Not able to log in it just sits there on logging in": If you are having a problem on the main menu screen were it says "entering the frey... connecting... logging in .ect" and it just sits there for awhile then disconnects you. For me it was because the server was up but the server might of been lagged out or being DDoS'd so I couldn't log in because the server is being flooded. I happened to get disconnected a few times, then tried to log in a few times stuck on the server screen assuming it was my isp but it wasn't. It was just the server lagging out or DDoS'd late at night.

If this is the case for you then if you get disconnected and wait a few moments. Go onto the website and if you don't see many people in the server like 4 or 5 people. It probably means the server got taken down or it got DDoS'd and will be back up again soon. The server is also still in alpha which I didn't realize before. I've read on these forums people saying the server gets DDoS'd a lot. I don't know if that's true or not because I'm just a player here I'm not working on the server. So anyways expect the server to go down a lot. It's still being worked on.
