Return of Reckoning

Long story short, most of the reason Destro has been succeeding in Keep Defense is because of the wide use of Dissolving Mist.

It's a fire and forget spell that can rack up extremely high amounts of damage, multiplied by however many magi are in whatever warband and there is no true counterpart on the Side of order that can be cast from such range and has the similar damage and area control.

This should really be worked until the new RvR system is finished when we don't have to funnel an entire warband into a narrow door filled with 5-10 dissolving mists all of which are rotating maximum strength ticks.

They don't stack
The damage they deal is absolutely pitiful in comparison to bomb BW/Sorc, which also require no setup compared to mist/magus dots.

Also my BW RoF almost crits as much as mist when it's in it's final stages and my BW has multiple high damage procs that work with it.

I already know they don't stack. The point being is that in that given area, you're always going to be taking a max damage tick from dissolving mist, especially when multiple magi are present.

Also, there's a huge difference in RoF bomb spec BW than dissolving mist. Dissolving Mist is a fire and forget ability. Once it's out, its damage will ramp up while the magus is free to use whatever other ability it wishes. Your BW is unable to supplement its RoF with bombs unlike a magus.

I agree that it needs a rework. The damage needs to be increased.
