Return of Reckoning

First of all I am so sorry to post this kind of topic,but..
I 've researched EVERYTHING regarding this problem and nothing works for me.
What's strange ,in the past week ,I've managed to enter the game 3 times only ..rest of the time i get that error.
Now please note that server was always UP when i tried ,there is 500-800 people online and I can't get in.
Times when I get to enter by any miracle is early in the morning or late in the night.

Tried every trick in the book,please any help is appreciated and I am running low on fumes from numerous tries to play .

Okay people,I had an idea what "MAY" cause problems.
You see,where am coming from it's usual for people of the same internet provider to share IP address.
Now, could it be that I can't connect to servers because one of many people who share my IP is already in the game?

Any thought on this?

I don't know if you have already read through this whole topic. It already helped a lot of people.
For some, it was malware blocking the connection, some can only connect via VPN.
Read it, if you haven't done yet. ^^
