Why Cutting Claw Has Been Nerfed?

It used to cut armor by 75% now it cuts by 1400 as max. So I requesting Cutting Claw cut armor by 75% again. :<

1) We are not Mythic and are not responsible for their design decisions.
2) You don't request balance changes around here. You wait for the balance forums to open and then you set out a convincing case for them.
