Leveling:
rvr + 50/50/50 kills quest + 25 kills quest + scenarios
Money: 1 hour of mob grinding gives me roughly 10-15g + all the dyes I can sell. There's money in talisman making and pot brewing if you're into crafting

And where are these mobs that you grind to earn such money?

Heya,
do not neglect rvr. Try to find some grp and do some rvr from time to time to keep your renown rank on so-so level. Do not let it fall back too much compared to your level. Some gear require certain renown rank too - green items from vendor require a bit lower renown rank than your current level and rvr sets require same or even higher renown rank than your level.
When u r doing rvr be sure to take all these "kill X players" quests for nice ammount of exp and gold.
You can also try to do some public quests (ask others if they plan to do some). Its usually better to just kill mobs than to do quests. Its faster and you get more gold + you can get some items (when doing PQs you can get some solid influence rewards or even bags when you complete the PQ)
As I said - just do not neglect rvr. I think in t3 order is usually running open warbands so try it from time to time to get some purple numbers or queue up for scenarios if you are leveling (for same reason)

Green Ch 15, Elf Ch19 and Chaos Ch12 are my farmng grounds

Basically I farm humanoids for green items and dyes (1 hour of grinding gives me roughly 3 purple dyes, 20 green items and lots of grey junk to sell)
