Hey all
Im Apollo.
Have been playing warhammer quite intense but not too long. Stopped when realm rank 80 came.
Had a lot of fun in warhammer and really liked the game despite the ongoing absence of players.
I havent downloaded the game yet because i wanted to ask before if its worth it?
Are there a few people playing here? Means is there some action in RvR?

Welcome.
Most nights there's roughly 60/70 people on. Occasionally, there are RvR events: Scheduled and announced on the forum, twitter and facebook group for all to see.
These events have in an excess of 100 people. So I think there is some RvR

And if i may ask another question: How is this private server financed? Or is it somekind of a Homeserver you dont need to pay for?
I hope You dont missunderstand the intention of my question or the question itself. Im highly appreciating the work you do keeping such a good game alive. Just wondering.

The server is hosted by one of the devs. They are doing this in their own time and out of their own pocket (and yes those guys are awesome!!)
so there really is no downside in loading up the game and giving it a go. Just remember it is still in alpha mode. Scs are where the main pvp is.

Well thats impressive.
Just got one last one. Is there any diffrence, besides the alpha state, to the live servers? Like Custom Gear. Diffrent XP Rates or is it like the original?
