Hello, I'm returning to WAR after having been off it for quite a long time. I was very sad to learn that it had closed down, but I'm pretty enthusiastic about it returning in any real form.

hey, I only copy it after the first time I write it each day! but meh its information players need to know and I do sincerely want all people to feel welcome as long as they follow the rules.
