lvl 28, im not sure about it.

I think that it's from a quest that either starts in The Bastion Stair or has a step that has to be completed there. Therefor not available yet.

lvl 28 again, its too lowgrade for BS afaik.

Pretty sure it was Bastion Stair.

Nah...you had to work your way up to rewards. Pretty sure that was one of the first ones...think it was part of some quest line, not part of the raid.

- We had one similar jewel in BS, but that one was blue inf reward lvl 31+ i guess,
- Also we have no 28-30 lvl mobs in BS, and somewhere near to BS.
- BS outstands too far away from the first or the second cW chapter, where this jewel can be obviously obtained,
- Ive done all quests in CW, and i dont think, that only few of them which are still broken, can transform in a questline somehow.
