Quick question about open world PvP/Keep Sieges how often do these take place as well as city sieges?

City sieges are not live, neither are Fortresses. T4 Open RvR is constant during EU primetimes, less if you're an NA player but it still exists. T2/T3 are, as it was on live, a bit of a drag. There's usually some action for EU, NA times it's pretty damn quiet.

What faction is winning in numbers at the moment' I figured I would play the faction that has the least amount of players to help even it out.
