Remove the "Faction Balance" image

Never seen this update and it gives the wrong impression. We need more Destruction IMO.

About two month ago, it was for ~1 day at 49%/51%, but it quickly changed to it's old value.

More destro? Hm I really can't say it clearly by means of the daily SCs, sometimes we get outnumbered, sometimes the destros. The devs must count the existing characters

Yup, it's based off the character's created. Since many people make 20 chars, but they don't play most of them. Maybe people make Order characterss, but don't play them. I got 4 des characters, but I don't like them.

I guess the most accurate way to portray the ratio, would be to take the players online live, instead of characters created.
