Return of Reckoning

I don't know if these have been Listed before but my room mate and I were running through a few quests in order to show him the game and we encountered some problems.
Mini map issues, specifically location of party members as well as locating quests
Party members being listed as distant at all times and being unable to target each other
Crafting items not wanting to go into crafting bag
Quests
Daemonic Strength, unable to use the cannons any more.
Destruction, kindling not wanting to light
The Heart of Battle, No item in quest inventory
The true test, had trouble entering tower but was able to relog and get in but upon
relog both my room mate and I were spawned inside a cliff.

Again, no idea if this stuff has been reported before. Sorry if it has been but we just got done and wanted to get it written down.

Most, if not all, of these bugs are known. Devs are focused mostly on fixing combat mechanisms at the moment.
