Yes, but they will need a guard and heal, most of the times.

No, everyone sucks without guard and a healer, that has to be in frontline, while a half-decent team is approaching.
As tank I can say, guarded doks can be a pain in the buttock, since they can selfheal, while using double-blades to do decent (not high-end) dmg.

No, becuase you asked about dps
mdps DoK cannot put out the same level of damage as as a true mdps like WE, Choppa or Mara
insted what a dps dok has is sustain, it has a lot of innate healing abilites like the channeled self heal, along with high parry from tactics and renown

if you are assisting a marauder it can be very good and the damage is good. good sustained, survivability and utility.

do people know that when people ask if a class that is not dps can dps, they arent asking if the dps do it better they are asking if they do enough to be viable
