Return of Reckoning

So I've heard that helmets of the Bandit Queen have the same visual appearence of Rank 40 helmets, but i'm rank 22 and I can't do it, even when I was rank 15 I couldnt do it, because the max is 11 right? Now the thing that literally sucks is that if you don't get it in time then the helmets won't change appearence like in 20 lvls or so, and I can't go back and get it because I will turn into a chicken and will have to let the other 5 guys do the job while I stay in chicken form this, repetitious gear with the same looks is not fun, I need to turn 29 or 30 for another helmet

There is a debolster system, you know.
try using ".ror debolster" command ingame to see the requirements.
