Return of Reckoning

I am able to "log in" but only has the Options, Cinamatic, etc tabs on the bottom.

I cannot create a character or anything.
and I get this error on connecting to server

EDIT: FIXED - Found another thread, managed to login into the character screen now

I'm getting the same problem.
I can login but there is no option to create a character.

I downloaded the new launcher and files from here:

But I still have the same problem with this error message.
