Hello,
Sgtbakr here, and I am very excited and grateful of all of the hard work everyone has put in to make the return possible. thank you so much!
I played WAR when it first came out, and only made it to rank 20 or so. I remember Doing public quests, and even venturing to the capital city once when it was under attack. I got my rear kicked, but I was still able to contribute, and in the end we defended the city. I remember all of the interconectivity between PvE helping RvR efforts, but I forget how. Anyways I'm rambling.
I see the determination of the developers and I am excited for the day that public quests return. I would say I can't wait, but I can. I'm having fun, and everyone I meet is nice. So far, This is some of the better MMO culture because of the love for this game. I always wanted to return, and I was disheartened when I found out it shut down. I spoke of it every now and again to my girlfriend, and now I have been able to show it to her. Subsequently, she plays it much more than me, and she never even got to see it while live.
I'm usually playing as a Shaman named Oiyougit, and my girlfriend sticks with a WE named Zylondra or a Black Orc named Gnarsh. I plan on playing order too, just not yet. Feel free to say hello, and if you need a healer, I can give it a shot.
