Alliances working?

Is the alliance function currently implemented? Cant form one even though both parties are accepting.
Yea it is implemented, both GLs need to be on clearly, The name can not be longer that 26 characters, there can not be Any special characters in the name. To guarantee this you can use underscores in your name.
You also need to have both guilds of the appropriate level.
