Return of Reckoning

3rd stage of cleansing wind currently heals target while under the effect of Exocommunicate, dont know if this was intented. uploaded a video to show you what i mean. looking back i probably should have turned on ability effects for all while recording.

10 seconds in Xiphy uses CW3 and get healed about 10% from the Ailments i had on him, normal heals do not work. potions work.

will do some more testing tonight, m1 heals and such.

That morale never did block all healing. Back on live if the target had hots on him before you poped it he would continue to get healing from them.

I also wouldn't be surprised if things that are counted as raw healing such as morales and pots were unaffected.

Excommunicate is implemented in the same way as a standard heal debuff. Any effect which is not affected by regular 50% incoming HDs will no be affected by Excommunicate.
