Cant use Mastery Skills or Abilities

Hi
I recently reached lvl 40 as a WP but have discovered that none of my mastery skills have shown up on my abilities list even though i have full mastery :/

Each ability costs a point as well. You click on them.

Are you sure you have clicked on the icons? You must click on the ability and then click apply.

Yeah page disconnected and said it didnt post so i made a new one :/ hate my iphone :p
