Haven't received verification email for account

My brother is trying to create an account. He has used multiple emails but still has not received an email to verify his account. I also tried creating an account for him and haven't received one yet either. Any help or clarity on the subject is much appreciated.

I believe there seems to be a technical issue. You can try requesting a new activation email, it might work but it's not guaranteed. We can't assist any further until the matter is resolved (OVH/Cloudflare).

It seems like a hit and miss with the activation email. It took me about three days before I saw an authentication email. I would keep trying every once in a while on the resend activation email link in the login page.
