Server is not appearing and an error on launcher

Redownloaded today to do scenario casuals with a friend and this came up

The error is covered in the OP as well as FAQ.
To resolve this error, replace your launcher files with this copy: https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code ... FCn4UIAQ77
Open it with WinRar and put the files into the game folder.
Also, pick one of the images for your signature, not both. If you REALLY want to use both, put them inside
