Aura on rightmost flag. It's invoked within some of the packetlogs from the official server, too.

It was a timer for the BO to spawn a Resource carrier IIRC. Martyr's Square just had a RC sent to the keep, while Armory just spawned his and is waiting for someone to click on it.

The outer "aura" was actually a border-line that was growing until it surrounded the whole shield. At that point the RC spawned, IIRC.

Edit: while on it, the bars on the keeps should fill up whith each RC arriving, and stars indicating the keep level, think up to 5?

Yes, the bars on top of the keeps show their progress towards the next rank (max 5) and the bars under the keeps are the door's health.

if the border was right the carrier was avaibale to be click, if the border was yellow (i belive) it was increasing over time before complete all the border and generate a resource
