trying to get on this server

Hello,
i've seen videos and heard lot of good things about this server.
Unfortunately the launcher is bugged, also my account doesn't work, saying " invalid password".
I've seen it's known problem, but it's not fixed.
It's really a pitty a private server is so rich and played, but the launcher and account management so bad...
