2h blackguard spec/tactics/itemization help

Bored enough to finally tread into that territory on BG that is forbidden, have tried out a lot of things and would like some outside insight/help on getting the most out of this spec. Inb4 put on shield or reroll chosen.

With these and renown training I have unbuffed 7200 hp, 300 toughness, 600 str, nearly 50 paper doll parry w/ 2h proc, 28 disrupt and 34 dodge. Resists unbuffed all are above 600, with ele being at 866. 4200 armor.
While this sounds tanky, slayers just ignore all my parry and generally have high WS so im rapebait for them, same thing with BW when they run burn through or DoT spec w/ their corp debuff. Running in a full 6 man it's plenty tanky, but a good slayer premade or pug BW can sometimes easily find out im the weak link and focus me which can cause some seriously problems for my ability to gaurd someone, it's pretty devastating when you have to pull out because your tank is taking too much damage.
Swapping out to 2pc ruin for the extra armor is something I could do, possibly investing in toughness?
Tactics:
I've been running what I think is the cookie cutter? 15% crit, AA haste, out going HD, and 10 hate on crit.
Anti detaunt seems extremely gimmicky, only good against pugs, weird small scale situations in RvR, or trying to kill some poor healers just trying to run away from you to get to the zerg. I say this because detaunt doesn't stack with guard, and I haven't honestly ran into a half decent level 40 healer that was the slightest bit pressured by my actual DPS that they needed a peel/guard for me alone.
AA haste tactic is alright, it's not as good as it would be on a MDPS w/ 50% extra crit damage and 1000 str. It has the wounds debuff which is essentially worthless if you have a chosen/mara in your group... and even if you didn't it is RNG based so you can't reliably use it as an opener on a full HP target.
Speed boost tactic is another hugely gimmicky tactic IMO, disrupt isn't as good as it would be on order. You basically only have BW's, DPS AM, and 1 ability from SM / healers that you can disrupt since engineer not a caster like magus is.
Toughness boost tactic requires you to spec out of right tree utility, and in order to get more toughness than rugged to matter you need ~400+ toughness and only works if you are at full hate and in melee range of something.
Using hate on crit tactic because 2H build just seems extremely starved for hate, even with using enraged beating off CD. Pretty much just constantly angry IRL if I don't have this tactic on as i never have enough hate to do anything unless me and my def target are being beat on by an entire group.

Def spec works well enough if you have a WE in your party, since the value of your outgoing HD is diminished? Dropping 15% crit doesn't really hurt that much, especially if you have a chosen/mara since your wounds debuff is essentially worthless in those scenarios, and you don't need to crit to keep up AA haste. Toughness goes up to about 800ish in defense spec as well without losing any stats posted above in the gear section.
I might sound angry or stating things as fact, im not... just a bit frustrated even though I was honestly expecting nothing from 2h BG but still a bit dissapointed. Just looking for some decent advice for running 2h BG with a mostly scenario type playstyle in mind. Pretty much given up on ORvR on BG as there is no fathomable reason to ever bring one over a morale pump tank for ID which is necessary to fight larger groups.
Maybe talk about group comps as well to get the most out of it? I think WE becomes a no brainer to allow you to run the more defensive spec, not sure if choppa or mara would be a better 2nd DPS. Mara brings 10% more group cirt, AP :| to compliment yours and just cool mara things like pull. Choppa brings more raw damage, increases the impact of your armor/toughness debuff etc... Tank wise, I think it's really hard to choose. Chosen would bring crippling strikes, extra better super punt, auras. BO brings insane damage, stat steal, perma AoE snare. And both bring morale pump. Personally think BO has the advantage with the AoE snare though.
