the screen ( except the UI) is black, any help?

Increase the brightness.

If that fails. Type /stuck. You're in the limbo zone "zone 0".

If it fails, try the contrast.

Yes. Install a new OS just to please Elven.
Also shut down your speakers, they are using too much power and it doesn't reach enough of it to your monitor, thus the black screen where pixels were not electrocuted.

i have the same issue so i create a character randomly to be able to go in game and type the commands you gave but game crashed. Any help please?

Only the information that the game crashed will not be enough.

it crash in loading screen for Norsca. it just say "Warhammer Online:Age of Reckoning ceased to work"
