Sorry my english is not that good

Hi
I just install as it is written but when I launch the launcher I put my name and Login and I received this message

Even with that the game start and I am in the Main page but nothing appear to create my characters . Only the CINEMATIC , CREDIT , SETTING , and QUIT button and a black window on the right side.
I have change the launcher as it is written in the Tips , try multiple start .... nothing work .
Hope someone can find me the solution , thanks

I don't know exactly, but for me it looks like you are using the official warhammer patcher and not the rorlauncher.exe?!
edit: you can find the launcher at the download game page, at the bottom is a button with next page, there u get the rorlauncher

I use the RoRlauncher as describe in the installation guide so the probleme come from an other issue.

did you download the new client from this site? or are you using your old one.

i have the same problem downloaded the client from this site and using the ROW launcher

it is ok I have found the fix on

I downloaded the client from the site
I have removed the write protection from all the files
I run the launcher as administrator
Rookiesheep : which solution have worked for you ?
