[Suggestion] Minor tweak (if someone got a minute time)

Hi Devs, if you have a spare minute, please check the T2 Vendor Cloak. Seems there are stats missing.
First there is no Cloak for 12-15 second the lvl 19 (Edit: Think its a 21 cloak that makes him even more crap) cloak is complete garbage and any lvl 15 pve drop (lvl 19 is superior) to it. Seems like the 1-2 Mainstats are missing.
This is only a suggestion, I /we know you got more important stuff to do. But if you have time please fixthe item
I leveled a couple of characters through T2 and this was always awkward to see.
