Black screen

Hello!
I've downloaded everything and everything seems fine when I boot the launcher and log in but when the game itself starts I get audio but cant see anything. only black screen, what have I done wrong?

i have the same problem, i have to disconnect and reconnect and then its ok, irrelevant think but i can't download any pict for my avatar, i had all the time this message : Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,
[email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
