Evenin' folks!

Long time Warhammer fan, played this game for years when it was live.

I just came across site, and was considering giving it a whirl.

Couple questions...

1. Do scenarios pop on all tiers? Or is pvp just RVR?
2. How is the population as a whole?
3. Are there any other major differences between this version and live?

PvP (both scenario and ORvR) in tiers 2-3 is somewhat dependent on time zone and day of the week, but tier 1 and 4 are almost always active.

What faction needs some players? How is the balance?

Depends on the Day. Some days order is face rolling destroy and some lucky days it's the other way around
