Returning to Warhammer!

Hi there! I played WHO back in 2009-2010 and honestly, I don't remember much about the game except running around on my level 20 goblin shaman doing PVP. I had a question: is PVP the main way of leveling up in this game? I suppose I mean the best way when I say main. I really don't remember much about this game. How efficient is questing / dungeons? I really want to get back into WHO and I'll be downloading the client overnight and logging in first thing in the morning!

Dungeons are not in yet, questing works but best way to level is pvp, especially since you want to level rr as well.
