Return of Reckoning

Bought a new computer today. Id rather not download a torrent program and the "part"download is slow.
If I copy the folder to my new computer the game should work and I get my addons and profiles without doing extra work.
My question is:
Is there a risk getting banned if I do things this way?

You are not obliged to download the game. Transfer it to your new toy as you please
don't see anything wrong with copying.
