[Solved] Cant take quests after Patch 10/10/16

Game keeps telling my I have too much quests, I need to abandon a few. But I dont have too many quests. According to the ingame chat, many people experience this kind of issue.

How many quests do you have? According to the patch notes the max number is now 15.
