Where can i farm the best mobs at liek hero and champs?

All the RR100s in the world don't seem to confer the vital skill of stickied thread reading.

I didn't had a rr100 either, even rr90 was far away (the highest one was ~rr86) and i played for over 4 years. Guess it was to many alts
