Return of Reckoning

I just started returned to RoR after a break and I tried to start the application up (which was working the last time I used it) but the files are read only again.

Every time I try to undo read only, it says it needs admin access and I would click continue and the changes would seem to be made.

The end result would be the read only state not changing, and I still can't launch the client from the desktop as normal.

are you the actual owner of the files or is it another user of your system?

I actually figured it out. I don't have the actual client installed right now.
