good morning. lately I see players level 23 in t2. someone could tell me what steps or the need to play characters in t2 T3.

When in game type ".ror debolster" into /say chat. That will display the rules needed to debolster your character into each tier.

In general, you gear needs to be below a certain level, you can only have used a certain amount of mastery and renown points.
