Return of Reckoning

I just recently joined the server (having a great time) and am leveling up a Swordmaster. I am currently level 14 (rr10) and was wondering if there are any specific pieces of equipment that I should keep an eye out for or that I should make sure to pick up as I go.

I have been questing and doing SCs mostly, so I haven't paid particularly attention to any influence rewards in the specific chapters. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

One general tip: save all medallions/emblems for t4. Farm ruin set when your level allows for it and get redwind sword from epic quest. Renown jewelry is more than good enough for a start.

Try to keep renown no more then 5 lvls lower then your rank and you can use the green renown vendor gear all the way up to when you can start use the Ruin set.

There are rvr gear vendors at top of the keep
or Altdorf SW area
PQ gold bag gives set gear for that tier
T2 T3 quests reward X3 xp
find tracker(T2)/stalker(T3) set quests
Dwarf ch6 eye for an eye
Empire ch7 facing death
Elf ch8 into the flames
D ch13 head and shoulders above
Elf ch12 blood on the leaves
Emp ch12 chosen poorly
Emp ch13 inescapable
and T3 epic weapon quests
All ch10 cleans the empire, control, ancient horror
You can join ruin set PQ at lvl28
then T4 epic weapon quests

Thank you everybody! I actually started farming Ruin this morning and got my first piece. Up to level 30 now, but only RR 18. It has been hard finding oRVR or SC's for the last few levels. But from posts on the forums, that seems to be a universal problem in t2/t3
