My launcher is greyed out and the Web server is displaying as red. I have tried the command prompt advice in the stickied thread and it has not helped at all.

Ultimately you might want to run a vpn to see if your ip is blocked for any reason.

try running the rorlauncher.exe as admin and configure your router to dmz the game or at least open all ports for it. could also be a windows firewall issue, try turning it off to see if its the root of the problem.

I tired the admin command and the firewall. I'm on campus wifi so I'm not sure if that might be causing a problem or not.
