Return of Reckoning

I used to play Zealot on live and also here for a while some time ago. Back in the days I stacked Toughness and could have several people hacking away at me an not die while still healing the group so it worked well.

Now I have joined the 'dark' side and rolled my mirror class because I don't like changes, so does the same apply here? I know order always used to have some trick up their sleeves like the dwarfs armor tactic so maybe that changes things? And I guess that other things like the available gear or even changes to mechanics could switch things up =)

so tldr; Which stat priority should I have? also do the Rune of Breaking convert stats with a 1:1 ratio?

I've always played Zealot/Runepriest in highly defensive spec because we are such high priority targets, and dead healers can't rez. For me that means a combination of Armor (talis and potion), getting chance to be critically hit as low as possible (using my renown points), and having a decent chunk of Wounds (with any spare tali slots or renown.) Toughness never seemed to help me that much compared to Armor but maybe it's just this server?

Armor tactic could be nice but Runepriest have a lot of good tactics, I'm not sure what I'd swap it out for. Maybe for Restorative Burst if I had better +AP gear?

AFAIK the state toggle (glory hands of doom) converts stats 1:1. Only works with stats from gear, converts Will/Int, HealCrit/MagicCrit, and HealingPower/MagicPower.
