100% agree on bullets/kisses cast-able while stealthed. Disgaree with the GCD ignoring however, one shouldn't be able to switch bullets out-side of stealth GCD free, especially with WH bullets. WE might not be that bad, since it is % on attack chance. But WHs chaining together executions via tactics, swapping bullets mid GCD could be a bit too much.

During stealh -> Yes
GCD ignore -> not needed imho

There will be no GCD ignore because the client doesn't support it. Not that I believed it needed one.

I see no reason to discuss this further. Implemented, along with some other small fixes on WH/WE stealth (can't break using any skill but opener, stealth is correctly off GCD.)
