Being start of New Year and with the celebrations done time to put the nose back into the books. If you're like me and much rather prefer listening to someone who has a read a book and is prepared to tell me about it, or better find a audio book on youtube that is interesting as ****, then you going to like what the Orc finds interesting about history.
This first one, not my favorite Roman Emperor really, but a very intelligent and seasoned general explain what Gaul was like 58BC then you going to love this audio-book. AS I say hes not really my favorite, I tend to like Marcus Aurelius chronicles, a bit more enlightening. Aurelius was one of those leaders in history that doesn't come along that often, a dictator that actually gives a **** about people... ikr?

Another one that was interesting as **** for me about an Egyptian lost city that, because of the lack of archeological evidence, was regarded as a myth not unlike Atlantis. Reference's have been found of course from other sources but you know how strict archeologists can be regardless how strong the circumstantial evidence is - It could be said that finding a trout in a pale of milk could be considered circumstantial evidence of a lake being there, so you can understand why they are that way. Anyway nuff rambling.

Next one - The Battle of Actium, really tradgic story. Don't feel like talking about it really.... : ]

If you like those i'll pick out some more of my favorites. Oh I'm covering the whole Peter the Great atm, thinking about adopting a Russian cousin after hearing about Peter. He was big as DaWarboss, but he did like to rip off stuntiez beards just for teh lulz.. ikr he wasn't even angry! Oh might get around to posting the link for the story of Ireland video, but that's ****'s like 5 hours and No-one wants to be watching something that long.
Apart from that I be diggin' the documentaries about Roman archeology about ancient Britannia. They actually found like a 2000 year letter from some legionnaire to his Dad back in Italy, hilariously funny one too even though it was only a couple of sentences, he basically called his Dad a miserable old man for not writing back. ikr, we all gotta deal with that **** with Dads. I gotta find that doc again, I went through my last 200 watched videos still can't find that ****...
