Hej Developer.

I talk to Skeever yesterday ingame and he told me that this bug will be fix when you was restarting the server, but when I log on again today then I got the same problem with the my merc gear not even showing the chest in it and it say 2/4 on it. And I think they much be something wrong with the set then. Because you will not be able to get the last bonus in it then. I really hope you can help out with getting it fix

Got 3 pictures of the 3 merc piece I have and how the set bonus are as well

I get final set bonus, 5% crit
not sure chest gives other bonus when combine with other gears

Check if you get third set bonus with just 3 items equipped. If you do then it's just a visual bug.

Visually it can be buged, you should check it with .get stats

I was referring to the DB push for when the change will work. That hasn't happened yet, but it will be reflected in the patch notes. This was only affecting the SW chest piece, other classes are fine. Should be the same push that will disable the Hallowed Moon event.
