Levelling Through Quests

Like others, I assume, I've been levelling through quests in t2/t3. I found that the xp gain from quests was really good, and not as bloated as one would think, in t2. I havn't really touched t3 yet, but from what I've read it is far easier (Which I understand is done on purpose).
I feel like t2 is done right in regards of the xp gained from quests. I found myself able to move from chapter to chapter, albeit perhaps a level under the suggested range, and still able to progress without having to grind mobs or do SCs.
I realize that these changes are in place because devs are re-working the rvr systems in t2/t3, however, I suggest that once those are implemented, the quest xp remains doubled for t2. Likewise, I suggest the t3 xp gain becomes doubled (I think it is tripled at this point?). Mob kills I do not suggest have their experience doubled.
The reasoning behind this is that I believe it gives quests a function in a game where pve is not prioritized. Quests, if completed enough, should provide you with a means of levelling. A few days in Barak Varr and I was able to complete all the zone's quests (More or less since some are bugged), and despite only getting to rank 19, I imagine it would have been less if the experience was not doubled.
Furthermore, by doubling experience gained from quests, it opens content to players. No longer are players confined to RvR lakes by necessity. It now becomes an option for levelling players. I don't believe this takes away from RvR, seeing as the majority of players neglect quests regardless anyway. So why even pay attention to them you say? Well, why ignore them in the first place. If they can help players level without having to spam chats for 'powerlevelling', or grinding champions, or waiting for SCs in NA 'prime time' ((America ftw)), at a moderate and reasonable pace, then why not keep this?
tldr: keep double experience for only quests
