Return of Reckoning

I was recently thinking to play KOTBS in more offensive role (mainly for solo roaming). Would this build be viable? Kinda looks good on paper:

Mighty soul changes your glory tree abilities to elemental dmg, so your main attack would be BB, looks kinda good on paper because of your own resistance aura is debuffing your enemies?

and with rr 50 i could take vigilance for more defence

Has anyone tried it? Or should i roll IB for solo roaming?

BB is really "meh", I prefer Precision Strike.

Thx, but is Knight any good for solo roam, i know he's amazing in group support, but i wanted to be able to solo roam too, should i roll ib then?

any class in this game can roam solo, some just do it better than others

Its all about picking you battles, positioning and being aware of your surroundings

if you want more dps oriented knight the glory path is't a best option
The Glory skills don't provide enough burst to put down a target - main attacks are dot like or have small dmg base.What is more mighty soul does not give you advantage. With proper stats you are able to reduce armor reduction of a target to amount similar to elemental resistances and you still need runefang or m2 to increase your stats.

(both tested with full mercenary gear - annihilator or mix with ruin set might be better option)

Thx for the Tips, i would ask just for Soloing tips vs other destro classes and generall soloing tips. would be Stay focused heal noticible in 1v1 or it's just too meh? I'm aware its heal component is pretty subpar, but still asking for guidance

People unestimate BB to heavily. I was one of the top Knights back in 2009-2010 on Karak Azgal (Renown and 1v1's, i'd pull up Warhammer Alliance threads if it weren't dead :p). Stacking it with 3x then vicious blade, then precision strike for the burst on every DoT tick. Regularly melted anything.

I dont know how much the class has changed since then, but it certainly wasn't 'meh'.

Auras were GYR, OYG and SS. I found SS aura doubled as a damage increase aura due to its debuff on enemies.

Occasionally i'd use mighty soul tactic if i was going against tanks. People forget the resist cap is much lower than Armor and it was very much worth it.

Its a shame destroy confidence was removed because hitting shamans and their groupmates for 1k x 3 was alot of fun to see

hmm maybe you have a point. i didn't consider 1v1 situation wisely...but how often do you have opportunity to fight solely 1v1 in RoR outside duel-contests;)

Cool. Too bad it is "meh" in RoR.

Knight damage was nerfed several times. What Osred remembers doesn't relate to the last couple years of the game.
