At level 40 you will be able to pull 10+ r40 mobs and tank them without ever dropping below 90% health. Just give it a bit and level up. Black Orc gets really, really tanky if you spec for it.

So you're sitting here with a Blorc that is likely in T1 at the point where you haven't actually gotten high enough rank to buy your first piece of gear that actually has armor on it yet this is compelling evidence to suggest a buff? Not to mention that your argument is from a RP perspective and your chosen evidence is from fighting basic NPCs in PvP centric game,

what could possibly be wrong with that kind of logic
