Siege Weapon suggestions

When we recieved that patch which introduced the AOE cannons with knockback, we all quickly realized having them with unlimited ammo and such massive damage was overwhelming and were quickly rolled back.
I suggest we bring them back, BUT with the following conditions:
-Rank 5 keep
-Only one deployable at a time
-15 minute respawn rate
-RR 40, Guild rank 20 to deploy and tow
-only 5 shots
-Double reload time
-Massive AOE damage (2500-3000) + AOE punt
-Playing towing is reduced to regular walking speed
-Extremely vulnerable to Melee attacks
-Enemy realm notified of its deployment
-Siege engine marked on map for both realms just like a flag in a scenario
Additionally
For black orks/Choppas and Ironbreakers/Slayers, an ability to launch themselves with the single shot cannons under the following conditionals.
-Within 5 feet of friendly Rock Lobba/Dwarf Single shot cannon
-Place oneself between siege engine and enemy keep
-Target said cannon
-activate ability
-Ability identical to witch hunters self punt, albeit at a higher intensity to launch player higher and further
-5s self knockdown on activation (to allow for 2-3s time of flight, and 2-3 seconds laying on the ground after landing from being launched with a cannon)
-3 second knockdown to any target within 10 feet of players position where they landed
-5 minute cooldown
